We are a retired couple with a tight budget looking for a well needed new mattress. Our son scout around and very fortunate for us he recommend Origin. We took a trip to the showroom to ‘test’ the mattress before ordering. We are happy to say the mattress has given us comfort and support in every way. We actually bought a King size mattress. So far so good, it's extremely comfortable and we have noticed a difference in sleep quality. It was a bit smelly at first due to the chemicals released when we unrolled it but that has gone now. Delivery was great even though they had to carry it up 3 floors and then remove our old mattress. We would definitely recommend.
Having chronic backache the right mattress is essential for my quality of life. This one provides the right support and, with a wool mattress topper, is also really comfortable. No more tossing and turning to get comfortable. An added bonus is not being aware of my partner moving around either.

Very comfortable and cooler than my last mattress of springs and memory foam. Not too heavy to make up bed and black sides a good design. Deeper sheets and mattress protector fit nicely too.

It's comfy enough. It's a bit shorter than our old matress. Also everytime one of us move or rolls over the other nearly gets bounced out of the bed. Wouldn't recommend if you want a peaceful night's sleep with your partner.
Really suprised at how comfy the bed is - slept really well on it nd would definately buy another. Highly recommend.
Having waited a long while to decide on a new mattress, I eventually chose the Origin Pro Double. I AM SO DELIGHTED. Thank you so much, I love it. Combined with a new pillow, I have had the best night's sleep over the last 2 weeks than I can ever remember having had. Long may it last. It is firmer than I expected but being on the large size, It's ideal. So comfortable, high and basically perfect! I can't fault it at all. Thank you
Customer service: Non-existent. You’re met with an AI chatbot that says your message has been passed on, but I’ve been waiting over two weeks with no reply.
Delivery: Seamless — no complaints here.
Mattress: After two weeks it still hasn’t fully expanded and is around 10cm too short. The feel is very soft, which makes me question reviews describing it as firm, though that may come down to personal preference.
Just amazing. A latlyer of softness on that nestles my buttocks like two uncooked eggs supported by velvet.
Then just so supportive.

I really love my Origin mattress. I've had it about 4 weeks and it's so much better than the Silent Night one that I bought about a year ago. That one was supposed to be hard but was way too soft for me. I wasted a lot of money.
Even though the Origin is rated between 6 and 7 for firmness, I think it's a firmer mattress and suits my back so much better.
I feel it's certainly helped my back and I've previously had an operation.

Initially sceptical on what a simple foam topper will contribute to my sleep. Was conflicted between Origin vs. other similar brands, and no regrets! Not only was my first purchase a breeze with some discount (since didnt purchase the mattress), was able to top up further discount with Shopback. Overall, been sleeping like a baby for a month now. My only regret is that I didn't discover this earlier. Greatest purchase for the year since u spent almost half your daily life... ZZZzzz. ;-)
