Good mattress and worth the purchase. I have a 3 star because the amount charged to collect old mattress is really expensive compared to Ikea where they charge RM50 only for removal of old mattress. Maybe that’s something to work on by Origin.
A little too firm for my body weight 47kg, but no sore back so far after one month sleeping on it, will recommend to others, delivery was smooth too.

Comfortable and supportive mattress overall. I personally prefer a slightly softer feel for better comfort. It would be great if there were clearer guidance for customers who prefer softer mattresses.
